Bienvenido a KO- Cuenta Regresiva, una aplicación desarrollada por HANABD para crear cuentas regresivas de partidos o eventos, organizar tareas previas, usar widgets, Live Activities, notificaciones y plantillas.
Al usar la aplicación, aceptás estos Términos de Uso. Si no estás de acuerdo, no utilices la aplicación.
1. Uso de la aplicación
KO- Cuenta Regresiva permite crear eventos, agregar tareas previas, configurar recordatorios, usar widgets, Live Activities y, en la versión Premium, acceder a funciones adicionales como tareas ilimitadas, plantillas reutilizables e importación desde Excel.
El usuario es responsable de la información que ingresa en la aplicación, incluyendo nombres de eventos, tareas, horarios y archivos importados.
2. Funciones gratuitas y Premium
La aplicación puede ofrecer una versión gratuita con funciones limitadas y una versión Premium mediante suscripción.
La versión gratuita puede incluir, entre otras limitaciones:
- Hasta 5 tareas por evento.
- Sin acceso a plantillas reutilizables.
- Sin importación desde Excel.
La versión Premium puede incluir:
- Tareas ilimitadas.
- Guardar, cargar y eliminar plantillas.
- Importar tareas desde archivos Excel.
- Otras funciones avanzadas futuras.
Las funciones disponibles pueden cambiar con el tiempo.
3. Suscripciones
KO- Cuenta Regresiva ofrece suscripciones auto-renovables mediante compras dentro de la app de Apple.
Planes disponibles:
- Suscripción mensual.
- Suscripción anual.
El precio exacto se muestra dentro de la app antes de confirmar la compra. El pago se carga a tu Apple ID al confirmar la compra.
La suscripción se renueva automáticamente salvo que la canceles al menos 24 horas antes del final del período actual.
Podés gestionar o cancelar tu suscripción desde:
Configuración del iPhone > Apple ID > Suscripciones.
La renovación, cancelación, reembolso y gestión de pagos se realizan a través de Apple y están sujetas a las condiciones de Apple.
4. Restauración de compra
Si cambiás de dispositivo o reinstalás la app, podés usar la opción “Restaurar compra” para recuperar el acceso Premium asociado a tu Apple ID, siempre que exista una suscripción activa.
5. Notificaciones
La app puede solicitar permiso para enviarte notificaciones relacionadas con las tareas y eventos configurados. Podés activar o desactivar las notificaciones desde la configuración del dispositivo.
HANABD no garantiza que las notificaciones lleguen exactamente en el segundo programado, ya que iOS puede gestionar la entrega según batería, conexión, configuración del sistema u otros factores.
6. Widgets y Live Activities
La app puede mostrar información en widgets, pantalla bloqueada, Live Activities y Dynamic Island cuando el sistema lo permita.
La disponibilidad, frecuencia de actualización y comportamiento visual de estas funciones dependen de iOS y del dispositivo utilizado.
7. Importación desde Excel
La función de importación desde Excel permite cargar tareas desde archivos .xlsx con el formato indicado por la app.
El usuario es responsable del contenido del archivo importado. La app puede no importar correctamente archivos con formatos inválidos, celdas vacías, fórmulas no compatibles o estructuras distintas a las plantillas sugeridas.
8. Limitación de responsabilidad
KO- Cuenta Regresiva es una herramienta de organización y recordatorio. HANABD no se responsabiliza por pérdidas, retrasos, errores de planificación, eventos omitidos, tareas no realizadas, fallos de notificación o cualquier consecuencia derivada del uso de la aplicación.
La app se ofrece “tal cual” y “según disponibilidad”.
9. Cambios en la aplicación
HANABD puede modificar, mejorar, limitar o discontinuar funciones de la aplicación en cualquier momento, incluyendo funciones gratuitas o Premium, siempre respetando las condiciones aplicables de Apple para suscripciones activas.
10. Propiedad intelectual
La aplicación, diseño, marca, iconos, textos, código y demás elementos pertenecen a HANABD o a sus respectivos titulares. No se permite copiar, modificar, distribuir o explotar comercialmente la app sin autorización.

1. Use of the application
KO- Countdown allows you to create events, add pre-event tasks, set reminders, use widgets, Live Activities and, in the Premium version, access additional features such as unlimited tasks, reusable templates, and Excel import.
The user is responsible for the information entered into the application, including event names, tasks, schedules, and imported files.
2. Free and Premium features
The application may offer a free version with limited features and a Premium version through subscription.
The free version may include, among other limitations:
- Up to 5 tasks per event.
- No access to reusable templates.
- No Excel import.
The Premium version may include:
- Unlimited tasks.
- Save, load, and delete templates.
- Import tasks from Excel files.
- Other advanced features in the future.
Available features may change over time.
3. Subscriptions
KO- Countdown offers auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple in-app purchases.
Available plans:
- Monthly subscription.
- Annual subscription.
The exact price is shown within the app before confirming the purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation of purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription from:
iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Renewal, cancellation, refunds, and payment management are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions.
4. Purchase restoration
If you change devices or reinstall the app, you can use the “Restore Purchase” option to recover Premium access associated with your Apple ID, as long as there is an active subscription.
5. Notifications
The app may request permission to send you notifications related to configured tasks and events. You can enable or disable notifications from your device settings.
HANABD does not guarantee that notifications will be delivered exactly at the scheduled time, as iOS may manage delivery based on battery, connection, system settings, or other factors.
6. Widgets and Live Activities
The app may display information in widgets, lock screen, Live Activities, and Dynamic Island when supported by the system.
The availability, update frequency, and visual behavior of these features depend on iOS and the device used.
7. Excel import
The Excel import feature allows you to load tasks from .xlsx files using the format specified by the app.
The user is responsible for the content of the imported file. The app may fail to correctly import files with invalid formats, empty cells, unsupported formulas, or structures different from the suggested templates.
8. Limitation of liability
KO- Countdown is an organization and reminder tool. HANABD is not responsible for losses, delays, planning errors, missed events, uncompleted tasks, notification failures, or any consequences resulting from the use of the application.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”.
9. Changes to the application
HANABD may modify, improve, limit, or discontinue features of the application at any time, including free or Premium features, while respecting Apple’s applicable terms for active subscriptions.
10. Intellectual property
The application, design, brand, icons, texts, code, and other elements belong to HANABD or their respective owners. Copying, modifying, distributing, or commercially exploiting the app without authorization is not permitted.
